Multiplanar multisequence magnetic resonance images of the right/left hip without contrast (or, after the intra-articular administration of gadolinium.
Findings:
The muscles and their tendinous insertions are intact. The ileofemoral and pubofemoral ligaments are unremarkable.
The acetabular labrum is normal in appearance.
The osseous structures demonstrate no evidence of fracture, dislocation, or degenerative change. Bone marrow signal is normal.
There are no trochanteric or iliopsoas bursal fluid collections.
The cutaneous and subcutaneous tissues are intact.
Impression:
Normal MRI (or, MR arthrogram) of the right/left hip.
